Booking Conditions

1. Booking
Bookings can only be accepted from persons over 18 years of age and by paying the deposit, the client acknowledges that he or she agrees to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all guests occupying Seacroft for the period booked.

2. Payment
A deposit of £350 is payable at the time of booking; £100 will be credited to the cost of the holiday and £250 will be retained as breakages deposit. The entire deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled (see item 4 below). Reservations will be held as a provisional booking for 7 days until the deposit is received.

The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. The booking will be cancelled if the balance is not paid by the due date, with no refund of the deposit. If a booking is made less than 8 weeks before arrival, the full cost, including breakages deposit is due at the time of booking.
Our preferred payment method is by bank transfer.

3. Pets
Up to 2 dogs are allowed by prior arrangement at an additional cost of £20 per week.
They are not allowed upstairs or on any furniture. No other pets are permitted.

4. Cancellation
All cancellations must be notified in writing. For cancellations made more than 8 weeks in advance the deposit will be lost. For cancellations at less than 8 weeks, we will make every effort to re-let Seacroft. If successful, all monies from the re-let less the deposit will be refunded. If we are unable to re-let the property, you are liable for the full balance outstanding. Holiday cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Non-Availability of Property
If for any reason beyond our control the property becomes unavailable on the date booked, all monies will be refunded in full and we will not be liable for any further claims.

6. Arrival and Departure
Seacroft will be available for occupancy from 5pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9am on the day of departure unless agreed in advance.

7. Your Obligations
i. You are responsible for the care of the property and all equipment therein during your stay and it should be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. ii. Any damage or breakages (except for reasonable wear and tear) must be reported to us as the owners as soon as possible. The breakages deposit of £250 will be used to cover any of these costs and further costs will be reclaimed as required. iii. You are responsible for personal injury to your party, or loss of damage to your property or for other matters over which we have no control. iv. You agree not to exceed the total number of persons in the property as stated when booking. v. You agree to not to do anything that may be considered an annoyance to neighbouring properties. vi. No smoking is permitted under any circumstances. vii. You are responsible for placing any rubbish in the collection bins as instructed in the property key information.

8. Termination of booking
If you break any of these Terms and Conditions we have the right to terminate your booking and we may require you to vacate immediately with no refund of any monies paid.

9. Applicable law
These conditions are governed by English Law.

10. Data Protection
We will only use personal information provided by you for the purpose of booking Seacroft.
