Five spacious bedrooms all with quality en suite bath/shower rooms.
We provide all cotton linen and bath towels (1 per person). Feather pillows and duvets supplied, with extras, if needed.

Master Bedroom (above kitchen) has a King size bed and offers superb balcony views. The en suite includes both bath and shower facilities.
Bedroom Two has a King size bed and offers superb balcony views. The en suite has a shower.
Bedroom Three boasts twin beds and an en suite shower.
Bedroom Four (back of house) has twin beds and offers superb views and an en suite bath/shower.
Bedroom Five is accessed by steps at the back of the house as well as from its own private terrace outside. It has twin beds and en suite shower.
Enjoy superb views from the private terrace.

Generous clothes storage space in all bedrooms.
All bathrooms have quality natural stone fittings. Cot available on request.

The View

A large raised outside deck includes furniture to seat 10 comfortably for meals, morning tea or perhaps a few cocktails. While outside, set your sights upon the attractive vistas of headland, beach and sea. A path from the deck leads through a terraced rockery to a paved patio which can also be accessed by French windows from Bedroom 5.

Further steps lead up to a private and sunny sitting area which backs onto National Trust land and enjoys 180 degree coastal views. The garden is just the right size to be enjoyed by kids and dogs, too.

Off-road gravelled parking is provided for 3 cars with a ramp leading up to the house, which is set over 20 feet above the road. Further parking is available about .6 miles away in the Mortehoe car park.

Hundreds of acres of National Trust land is accessed by a stile just 30 metres up the road.

Living Spaces

A large, stylish kitchen-dining area complete with a circular slate dining table is more than qualified to please a group of ten. Mealtime is another opportunity to enjoy the superb views from the bay window seats. Superior kitchen appliances include a range-style cooker, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Tea, coffee and sugar provided to welcome you from your initial journey. For the youngest traveller, a high chair is available.

Two lounge areas offer ample seating and comfortable sofas. The more formal front room includes a 42-inch TV and DVD player. The entertainment room/back lounge boasts a large sofa, one-seat sofa bed, wall mounted 50-inch plasma TV, a DVD player for those 'cinema nights' at home, a fully-stocked games cupboard and **NEW for 2025 - a pool table and table tennis setup, ready for friendly competition. Wi-Fi broadband can be enjoyed throughout the property and outside.

A wet room is provided for the surfers, swimmers, damp walkers or dogs. Lastly, a utility room offers a washing machine, tumble drier and ironing facilities.
